Cleveland Park Redo
After a damaging attic fire, the owners of this 1930's side hall colonial looked to expand their existing three bedroom home. Drawing on inspiration from late 19th century English cottage architecture, the home doubled in square footage to include two more bedrooms. The double gables of the master and guest bedrooms creates the new garden facade. Rich interior casework, a new front portico and a full renovation of this home took the existing structure from a modest abode to a warm home.
