Dupont Circle Kitchen
Situated in a 19th-century townhouse, this kitchen renovation reflected the client's desires for a balanced, functional design–one that allowed for everyday casual living and also the occasional formal dinner party. The existing raised kitchen was demolished and lowered to allow for the kitchen to act as an alcove to the main dining space. Built-in cabinetry frames the kitchen and houses a pantry and hidden TV for day-to-day use. A floor-to-ceiling window provides ample light for the kitchen while a skylight floods the dining space with natural light. Project was featured in Traditional Home magazine.
