North Carolina Tidewater Home

Designed for a retiring couple from Washington, DC, this home is located close to the Atlantic in the Tidewater region of southern North Carolina. Its design had to respond to strict community requirements and be based on a Conch style house that are found in historic Key West.

This new three-bedroom home has an open first floor Great Room, gourmet eat-in Kitchen and spacious Master Suite. Guest Rooms, a den and second level exterior porch make up the upper floor. Construction is slated to be completed in June of 2017.
