The development of Sea Watch requires that each home be customed designed to help add flavor to this new planned community. Renovated Master Bath and Loft
This renovation project is located in a downtown penthouse in Washington, DC. Wanting a study, the client directed us to remove an existing storage room and create a study niche that overlooks the main living floor.
