ARLINGTON RENOVATION

Dining nook with large window and contemporary furniture

CONTEMPORARY STYLE

This Arlington, VA home received a complete renovation, including the kitchen, primary suite, and living spaces.

Large, cased natural walnut openings were added to define spaces within the open floor plan. The primary bathroom was redesigned to create a warmer, more intimate feel.

MPR Architecture designed the kitchen and bath cabinetry and coordinated finishes with the interior designer. The client's budget for this project was $1.2 million.

The end result of the renovation is a highly livable first floor that reflects the homeowners' elegant, contemporary style.
