PRIMARY BATH IN
LOFTED SPACE

This new primary suite renovation is located in Cleveland Park. The existing home had a 1980's rear addition with a lofted sewing room that the clients wished to repurpose as a primary bath.

The existing second hall bath, sewing room and primary bedroom were renovated to create a singular suite. The sewing room with its lofted ceiling became the new primary bath with double vanities, stand alone tub, shower and discreet water closet.

In the new primary bedroom, a new gas fireplace was installed with flanking windows.
