Mid-Century Modern Renovation
A growing family of five needed a new home conducive to single level living. Incorporating universal design elements, this renovation included installing a residential elevator and a concealed entry ramp from a redesigned carport. The new foyer utilizes walnut panelling and railing for a new stair leading to a sunlit dormer. In addition to incorporating universal design elements, the home was fully renovated to include a new master suite, exterior at grade deck and an open kitchen. Project was featured in Architecture DC magazine as well as Home and Design.
